The press service of the Abi company announces the release of four types of boiled-smoked sausages, complementing the new Bavarushka line of the Starodvorie brand.
The Bavarushka line is intended for lovers of MEAT products with a pronounced taste, a pleasant aroma of spices and a ruddy crust. Its name suggests that the classic recipes of Bavaria, which is famous for its peasant cuisine with centuries-old traditions, are used in the manufacture of such products.
In the production of Bavarushka sausages, a special technology is used for double smoking the product itself and its ingredients in a wood-fired oven over the smoke from smoldering beech chips. After such processing, the sausages become very juicy from the inside, and on the outside they are covered with a ruddy smoked crust.
Despite the fact that Bavarushka sausages have appeared on the market recently, they have managed to gain popularity among consumers throughout the country. With the beginning of autumn, as part of the development of the line, the assortment was supplemented with four positions. Three types of boiled-smoked sausage appeared on sale: “Bavarushka with brisket”, “Bavarushka granular salami” and “Servelat Bavarushka with juicy ham” weighing 0.7 kilograms. The fourth offer from the brand "Starodvorye" was "Spicy Cracker with Salt" with a fixed weight of 0.3 kilograms.
"Krakushka spicy with lard" is a juicy sausage in the shape of a ring. it has a bright, memorable taste, due to some nuances of manufacturing. The fact is that when smoked on beech chips, tender lard melts, gradually impregnating the product and saturating it with aroma. The composition of boiled-smoked "Bavarushka with brisket" with a chopped structure includes pieces of juicy brisket, which also give it a characteristic taste and aroma. Salami Bavarushka granular is a classic salami with fine-grained bacon and aromatic spices that harmoniously complement the taste of natural meat. “Servelat Bavarushka with juicy ham” is a serveralat with small bacon, which becomes especially juicy and tender in taste by adding pork ham. Once having tasted a novelty, it is difficult to confuse it with anything else.
According to Abi Marketing Department DIRECTOR Denis Martasov, the Starodvorie brand continues to develop actively, and the release of new lines, which immediately become “popular hits”, contributes to this in many respects. Last year, a similar breakthrough was the release of the Dugushka line, now the turn of Bavarushka has come. As usual, when developing new products, Abi focuses on data on current consumer preferences. It was on their basis that it was decided to offer customers four positions at once, so that each of the buyers could find a sausage to their taste.
The design of the Bavarushka line visually reflects the main taste advantages of this series of products from the rich assortment of the Starodvorye brand - natural smoking and rich meat taste. The name of the sausage is placed on a background element in the form of a wood-burning stove, designed in deep dark colors, which are immediately associated with smoking.
