On December 15, ROSSELKHOZNADZOR inspectors for Yakutia at the traffic police station stopped an attempt to import more than 6 tons of MEAT from Transbaikalia into the Republic without veterinary documents. The carriers were fined. This was reported on the website of the department.
“A batch of regulated products - beef in carcasses for 6 tons and lamb weighing 90 kg (five carcasses) followed from Krasnokamensk to the village of Nizhny Bestyakh. When transporting, the accompanying documents were not provided, ”the message says.
The Rosselkhoznazor noted that meat without veterinary documents poses a threat to human and animal HEALTH, as it can serve as an outbreak of dangerous diseases.
