BF "Ural" will again try to present "Indyushkin" a debt of 4 billion rubles

The bankruptcy case of the Meleuz poultry farm LLC "Bashkir Poultry Complex named after M. Gafuri" has been considered since 2017. In 2018, immediately after the introduction of supervision, BF Ural, as one of the main creditors of the company, demanded that claims in the amount of 4 billion rubles be included in the third stage of the register. Of these, 3.95 billion is the amount of the principal debt, the remaining 65.9 million are interest.

In 2019, the Arbitration COURT of Bashkiria satisfied the requirements of the fund, and the 18th Arbitration Court of Appeal confirmed the decision. But in 2020, the cassation instance of the Arbitration Court of the Ural District canceled these decisions.

Everything repeated in 2022-2023. The courts of the first two instances included the demands of the BF "Ural" in the register, and the court of cassation canceled the decisions. Now the fate of the debt will be decided for the third time. Consideration of the application of the charitable foundation in the Arbitration Court of Bashkiria is scheduled for August.

Earlier it became known that three Ufa companies - "Rainbow", "Betta" and "Nedvizhimost" - claim 170 million rubles from the sale of BOD. The company was sold at the end of 2022 to structures associated with Evgeny Tugolukov's Don Agro holding. The size of the transaction amounted to 3.3 billion rubles.

The largest creditor of BPC was Rosselkhozbank, to which the company owed 7.8 billion rubles before bankruptcy. The founder of the enterprise, Marcel Yusupov, went through personal bankruptcy. Now all the companies of the entrepreneur are in the process of insolvency.
