Cultivation of pedigree breeds to obtain marbled MEAT has become a promising area of ​​animal husbandry. Such a livestock requires special care and a carefully selected diet. As a result, in just 13 months, thoroughbred bulls reach 570 kilograms. Farmers supply their products both to the domestic market and for EXPORT. Own selection is the key to quality meat

It was decided in 2009 to engage in the production of marbled meat on the farm. The desired breeding result was achieved after a few years. Today in the SPK named after Denshchikov there is a herd of one and a half thousand heads. Up to 120 tons of gourmet beef are produced here annually.

Petr Glebovich, chief livestock specialist of the SEC named after. P. I. Denshchikova: "This meat is different in that it has more fatty fibers in the structure of the muscle fibers themselves, it is laid there. And accordingly, it is juicier than ordinary beef, it resembles pork."

The menu for cows is adjusted to grams

Animal care is different from the usual standards. Calves stay with cows for a long time, then they are transferred to free range. Strict veterinary control throughout life. And most importantly - a special diet. The menu is personally compiled by the chief livestock specialist of the farm.

Cooking feed in automatic mode takes place in a special workshop. A computer program monitors the dosage of all nutrients.

Animals are grown in the SPK not only to obtain marbled meat, but also for breeding purposes. For example, this young animal will soon go all over Belarus and even abroad.

The Hereford breed is in demand in Kazakhstan. Other Central Asian markets are being worked out now. Breeding animals have good export potential, assure the farm. More than 100 cows are ready to sell here a year.
