Belarus to supply over 400 thousand tons of products to St. Petersburg

The note on deliveries, including MEAT , dairy products, eggs and vegetables, was confirmed by the chairman of the committee on industrial policy, innovation and trade of St. Petersburg Alexander Sitov. The reason for the increase in exports was the rise in prices for vegetables in RUSSIA due to crop failure. The President of Belarus ALEXANDER LUKASHENKO declared his readiness to provide assistance and increase production volumes, especially potatoes, which have become a deficit on the Russian market. He also criticized local officials for creating an artificial deficit of potatoes.
