This growth is explained by an increase in the production of commercial MILK in the republic, which in 2023 amounted to more than 780 thousand tons, which is 3% more than a year earlier. Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Belarus -Minister of Agriculture Ilshat Fazrakhmanov noted that updating the dairy herd through the acquisition of breeding young animals plays a significant role in this process.

To support agricultural producers in Bashkortostan, there is a program to subsidize the purchase of breeding cattle . The subsidy amount is 50% of the costs, but not more than 60 thousand rubles per HEAD. In 2023, the volume of state support for these purposes amounted to 222 million rubles.

The government of Bashkortostan plans to continue to support the development of livestock farming in the republic in the future. The Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Belarus is interested in increasing the number of breeding young cattle and introducing new technologies in dairy farming.
