The COURT granted the petition of Oksana Petrova, the bankruptcy trustee of the bankrupt enterprise, who referred to the incompleteness of the processes of selling the debtor's property and settling accounts with creditors. Her next report will be considered on 13 November. Approval of the settlement agreement with a subsidiary of the Damate group of companies - Loman 2 LLC - is scheduled for August 31.

Loman 2 is the main bankruptcy creditor of Ursdon LLC. The total amount of claims is approximately 29 billion rubles.

In the structure of the agro-industrial holding created by Vaneev in the Rostov region, the Ursdon company in the village of Ust-Donetsky was assigned the role of a manufacturer and supplier of turkey hatching eggs . In February 2019, at the suit of the state corporation VEB.RF with the amount of claims of 10.1 billion rubles, the arbitration court introduced a monitoring procedure at Ursdon LLC, in July it ruled that the debtor was declared bankrupt and opened bankruptcy proceedings.

In April 2020, VEB.RF sold the rights to claim debts to Rosselkhozbank, and a month later the bank entered into an agreement on their transfer to the Damate group of companies. Since the fall of 2021, the property complex has been repeatedly put up for auction. As a result, objects and receivables were sold for a total of 3.5 million rubles.
