Rassvet JSC was recognized as the best pig farm in the Krasnodar Territory in 2021

On the traditional Livestock Day of the Kuban, the best farms and representatives of the industry were honored. The Rassvet agricultural enterprise, which is part of the Progress Agro Group of Companies, was awarded a diploma in the nomination "The best pig farm in the Krasnodar Territory in 2021".

Irina Kremleva, DIRECTOR of Pig Breeding at Rassvet, received her diploma to much fanfare and applause. The awards were presented by the Governor of the Krasnodar Territory, Veniamin Kondratyev, and the Chairman of the Legislative Assembly, Yuri Burlachko. 

Livestock breeders of Rassvet improve their performance indicators from year to year. So, in 2021, 82,800 pigs were raised, an increase of four percent. Sold pigs in live weight 10.116 thousand tons, which is 220 tons more than last year.

Two Progress Agro pig breeding complexes with a capacity of 75 thousand heads per year were built from scratch and put into operation in 2008 and 2015. These are modern STFs with the highest level of biosecurity, using advanced technologies for keeping and raising animals. Nevertheless, animal husbandry remains one of the most labor-intensive areas in the agro-industrial complex. Understanding this, Progress Agro pays great attention to the implementation of corporate social projects: housing mortgages, recruitment of trainees and trainees. Last year, wages were increased by 20 percent for all employees, and up to 40 percent for some categories. The foundations of the social orientation of the work of the enterprise were laid by the founder of AgroHolding Kuban, philanthropist and Russian industrialist Oleg Deripaska. Rassvet's pig farms are the raw material base for the Yuzhny meat-packing plant of Progress Agro Group of Companies. The enterprise produces MEAT and meat semi-finished products and a ready-made line of boiled sausages and frankfurters "My Stanitsa".
