Agroholding "Ravis" has resumed the sale of broiler chickens for villagers who are engaged in growing poultry in personal and farm households. This is another significant direction of the poultry farm's work to ensure the food security of the region.

"Ravis" is a long-term leader in the sale of live poultry to the population. With the onset of spring, the poultry farm traditionally announces a campaign for the sale of chickens. In the last two years, due to the pandemic, there was no implementation. This year, the sale has resumed. During the first three days of sales, almost 10 thousand chickens “scattered”.

Sosnovsky chickens are popular not only in the Chelyabinsk region, but also in the neighboring Omsk, Kurgan, Sverdlovsk regions, Bashkiria and Kazakhstan. After all, Ravis chicks are very hardy, which is especially important during long-distance transportation, they get sick a little, as they undergo all the necessary veterinary and preventive measures and have very good growth rates. An important role is played by the poultry cross ROSS-308 (fast-growing, with the lowest growing costs). All this, combined with an affordable price, makes chickens attractive for rearing.

Some of the most experienced sellers have been working on the sale of live poultry in Ravis for several years, able, if necessary, to inform buyers about the rules for transporting chickens. They do not forget here about providing the necessary feed for growing poultry, which can be bought directly at the poultry farm.

Along with the high development of industrial poultry farming in the Chelyabinsk region (1st place in the Ural Federal District in 2021), households contribute to providing the region with poultry products. Out of 267 thousand tons of poultry MEAT and 1.6 billion eggs produced in the region in 2021, households produced 2.1 thousand tons of poultry meat and 64.5 million eggs.
