In 2021, AGROSILA launched a line of baked products for the first time. it includes wings, thighs, drumsticks and chilled nuggets, which have been in high demand since the first weeks of sales. Specialists brought the baked MEAT roll to a fixed weight, which was appreciated by both partner chains and buyers. Since the beginning of the year, 190 tons of baked products have been put on sale.



In the summer season, the holding updated its line of kebabs: the standard items were added: chicken kebab "Creamy-spicy", "Caucasian" Halal, under the brand name "Just delicious", in a cranberry-lingonberry marinade, as well as a wing in the BBQ marinade. The sales volume has more than doubled. The changes also affected the "economy" line - it included ham, sausages and sausages. Since the beginning of the year, only 140 tons of sausage products have been sold in this segment. Today, in the total sales volume of the sausage group "economy" is 3% - these are high-quality products, including the halal standard.

A snack line with a high protein content is also being prepared for the release on marketplaces. These are unique products that AGROSILA was the first to produce from chilled poultry meat. Due to the addition of antioxidants - green tea and rosemary, as well as due to the gaseous environment and high-barrier film, meat products can be stored not only in the refrigerator, but also on the so-called "warm" shelf.

Recall that in 2021 AGROSILA began to develop the direction of functional products. In the new interpretation, low-lactose MILK is already coming out, natural yogurt with bifidobacteria, natural semi-finished meat products and sausages without GMOs and preservatives. All products of the eco-line not only pass different certification formats and AGROSILA quality standards, but are approved by nutritionists. In the meat direction, among the novelties of this year: selected chicken fillet in a creamy mushroom sauce, prepared using the sous-vide technology (a natural dish that is easy to heat up - ed.), ready-to-eat sausages from three types of poultry meat (with spinach and cheese, with green peas and sweet peppers, with tomatoes and corn), breast for baking in a creamy-spicy marinade, meatballs, kupaty, boiled creamy sausage and sausages with milk from chilled poultry meat without E-components. All products are made without the addition of artificial preservatives.

AGROSILA is in the process of certifying its products according to the "bio" and "eco" standards. Now the holding is studying the requirements of certifying companies for products produced without synthetic pesticides, synthetic mineral fertilizers, growth regulators or artificial food additives.
