"Agrosila" bought the "Perm" poultry farm from the group "Prodo"

General DIRECTOR of Agrosila Svetlana Barsukova said that the acquisition of the poultry farm fits into the perimeter of the holding's development strategy to increase the production of poultry MEAT products. Proda Group CEO Vadim Dolgov, whose words are quoted in the message, noted that the deal was implemented as part of the group's development strategy in its key regions.

Konstantin Korneev, chief executive of Rincon Management, said that the asset to be acquired is “generally not bad” and that the deal was generally expected. According to the rating of the largest poultry meat producers in RUSSIA, which was compiled by the National Union of Poultry Breeders, according to the results of 2022, Prodo ranks seventh with an output of 186 thousand tons. Poultry farm "Permskaya" is the largest producer of broiler meat and products of its processing in the Perm region. Its design capacity is 48 thousand tons of finished products per year. The assortment of the enterprise includes 168 items, including chicken carcasses, cutting products, chilled and frozen semi-finished products, poultry meat sausages. In addition, the company produces products of the Halal category. 

This year, the poultry farm successfully passed an audit for compliance with the requirements of the international certification of the food safety management system FSSC 22000 and was included in the federal register of exporters. The products of the "Perm" poultry farm are sold in more than 5 thousand retail outlets, including all federal and local retail chains in the region. In addition to the Perm region, it is supplied to the Sverdlovsk, Orenburg, Novosibirsk, Tyumen, Omsk regions and Bashkortostan.

The Agrosila holding owns the Chelny-Broiler poultry complex in Naberezhnye Chelny, which is one of the largest poultry farms in Russia. The capacity of the enterprise is 126 thousand tons of meat in live weight and 95 thousand tons of finished products per year. Chelny-Broiler occupies 65% of the broiler meat market in the Republic of Tatarstan .
