In warehouses in Krasnoyarsk, ROSSELKHOZNADZOR employees found African swine fever DNA in animal protein from a Moscow manufacturer. The products are used for the production of sausages.

In Krasnoyarsk, African swine fever DNA was found in Belkoton A96 animal protein from a Moscow manufacturer. Hazardous products were found in the warehouses of OOO Kraypischesnab and OOO Pishcheprom. Kraypischesnab received a ton of product, another 500 kilograms - to Pischeprom. Animal protein is used, among other things, for the production of sausages.

The contaminated products were seized and isolated. Later it will be destroyed in crematory ovens. At the enterprises where they found the DNA of the African plague, quarantine was announced.

African swine fever is not dangerous to humans, but the death of animals during infection is almost one hundred percent.
