4 March, MINSK . A resident of Shumilino District drank a liter of vodka in one gulp on a dare and died. This was reported to BELTA by the Investigative Committee.

In Shumilino District, on the afternoon of 2 March, a group of three people were drinking ALCOHOL in a country house. Those present argued whether a 56-year-old local resident could drink a liter of vodka in one gulp. The latter won the bet and went to bed. That night, the man's relatives discovered him in an alcoholic coma and called an ambulance. Without regaining consciousness, the man died in hospital.

The Shumilino District Department of the Investigative Committee is conducting an investigation into the incident.
