August 8, Mogilev. At the request of the prosecutor's office of the Krichevsky district, the license for the sale of ALCOHOL by one of the roadside cafes was suspended. This was reported to BelTA in the information service of the prosecutor's office of the Mogilev region.

The reason for the check was the increase in the number of offenses both in the institution itself and in its environs. They were made including at night after the use of alcoholic drinks by visitors. At the same time, the catering administration did not take any measures aimed at correcting this situation, the cafe's working hours were not observed.

“Moreover, the fact of sale of alcoholic beverages in the institution without accompanying documents confirming the legality of their purchase (delivery) was established,” the information service clarified.

Based on the results of the audit, the prosecutor submitted a proposal to the chairman of the district executive committee demanding to suspend the license issued to the company for the retail sale of alcoholic beverages. The act of prosecutor's supervision has been executed.
