On the night of March 6-7, employees of the OGAI of the Zhitkovichi District Department of Internal Affairs worked out the M10 highway, the border of the Russian Federation - Gomel - Kobrin. At about 3.40 they noticed a BMW X6 car moving in the opposite direction with a clear excess of the speed limit. "The traffic police officers decided to stop the car. Law enforcement officers assumed that the man was intoxicated and conducted an examination using a breathalyzer. In the exhaled air, 1.51 ppm of ALCOHOL was found.
