At the request of the Klimovichi District Prosecutor, the minor college student was deprived by the
COURT of the right to independently manage his scholarship and other income until he turns 18. The prosecutor's application was considered by the court at an off-site court hearing at the teenager's place of study, to which other college students were invited. The teenager's
parents had previously been deprived of parental rights, and the DIRECTOR of the college was appointed his legal representative . The minor was placed on full state support, receives a monthly scholarship, as well as other payments due to him for maintenance.
The teenager has a negative characterization at his place of study: he misses classes without good reason, smokes, and abuses
ALCOHOL. Under the influence of alcohol, the minor committed offenses for which he was brought to administrative responsibility by the juvenile affairs commission. He was registered with a drug addiction specialist.
College employees also confirmed that the student spent his scholarship in a short period of time, but not on
food , but on entertainment and
alcohol . The Klimovichsky District
Court granted the prosecutor's application: the minor is deprived of the right to independently manage his scholarship and other income until he reaches adulthood. The decision has not entered into legal force and can be appealed and contested in the appellate procedure.
After the court hearing, the district prosecutor held a conversation with the students, during which he explained to them the responsibility for committing crimes and offenses, and also reminded them of the negative consequences of drinking alcohol.
