Court considered a criminal case against men with 17 and 10 outstanding convictions, respectively. Thus, in January of this year, accused P., again, while in the front passenger seat of a car driven by a pensioner born in 1943, stole Br900 from a bag on the seat. He was in February, being ableALCOHOL intoxication , again, by prior agreement with the accused M., who was also drunk, entered the house of a pensioner born in 1938 in order to take possession of Br 10 thousand. The men put on medical masks andgloves , introduced themselves as the victim’s nephew and began demanding money . Having received a refusal, one of them began to look for money in the house. When the woman started screaming, trying to call for help, one of the criminals, at the direction of the other, began to choke her, covering her mouth, and then made a gag from a shirt found in the house. After this, one of the criminals began to threaten the pensioner with a knife found in the house, putting it to her neck and threatening to kill her. Hearing the dog barking, the woman said that a neighbor was coming, and the accused, scared, left the house. As a result of the robbery, the pensioner received bodily injuries that did not result in short-term HEALTH problems.

At the court hearing, the accused fully admitted their guilt and sincerely repented of the crime they had committed. By a court verdict, the accused P. was found guilty of repeated theft, and on the basis of Part 2 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code, he was sentenced to imprisonment for a period of 2 years. He was also found guilty of robbery, committed with penetration into a home, repeatedly, by a group of persons, with the aim of seizing property on a large scale, and on the basis of Part 2 of Article 207 of the Criminal Code, he was sentenced to imprisonment for a term of 11 years with a fine of 200 basic units (Br8 thousand). Based on the totality of crimes, he was finally sentenced to imprisonment for a period of 12 years, to be served in a correctional colony under strict regime conditions with a fine of 200 basic units. Accused M. was found guilty of robbery committed with penetration into a home, repeatedly, by a group of persons, with the aim of taking possession of property on a large scale, and on the basis of Part 2 of Article 207 of the Criminal Code, he was sentenced to imprisonment for a term of 10 years, to be served punishment in a correctional colony under strict security conditions with a fine of 200 basic units.

In addition, compulsory security and treatment measures were applied to the accused in the form of compulsory treatment for ALCOHOLISM at the place of serving the sentence. It was also decided to recover money from the accused as compensation for moral damage to the victims and state duty to the state. The court's verdict has not entered into legal force and can be appealed and protested in the prescribed manner.
