In December 2021, the court of the Moscow district of Minsk considered a criminal case against a 26-year-old resident of the capital, who, being in a state of alcoholic intoxication , actively resisted in the vestibule of an apartment and on the stairwell of an apartment building and caused bodily injuries to employees of the operational duty service of the Moscow Police Department of Minsk.

"Инцидент произошел 14 июля. Дежурный наряд выбыл на улицу Рафиева по сообщению минчанки о совершении ее братом противоправных действий. Со слов заявительницы, последний не пускал ее в квартиру, где она проживает, оскорблял. Ранее мужчину привлекали к административной ответственности за угрозы применения физического воздействия, высказываемые в адрес сестры. После того, как сотрудники прибыли на место происшествия, семейный скандалист отказался впустить их в квартиру, а при задержании оказал активное сопротивление и стал наносить удары, в результате чего правоохранителям были причинены телесные повреждения", - рассказали в ГУВД.
