Minsk . Three teenagers damaged eight parked cars in Minsk, BELTA learned from the Main Directorate of Internal Affairs of the Minsk City Executive Committee.
The police received information that at night the windows and side mirrors of cars parked in the courtyard of a house in the capital were broken, and dents appeared on the bodies.
Law enforcement officers established that two 14-year-old teenagers and their 17-year-old friend damaged other people's cars. They were walking through the courtyard and striking them without reason. In total, the minors damaged at least eight vehicles. The teenagers explained their behavior by saying that they were in a state of
ALCOHOL intoxication .
A criminal case has been opened for hooliganism.
Police officers are investigating how and where the minors acquired
alcohol . Those involved will be held accountable. In addition, the amount of damage caused will be determined.
