Almost 690 traffic violations were detected over the weekend in the Mogilev region

Photo by the Department of Internal Affairs of the Mogilev Regional Executive Committee May 19, Mogilev. Almost 690 traffic violations were revealed in the Mogilev Region last weekend, BelTA learned from the Department of Internal Affairs of the Mogilev Regional Executive Committee.

Over the past weekend, one traffic accident was registered in the region, in which one person died.

The traffic police officers of the region revealed 688 traffic violations. Eight drunk drivers and 31 unlicensed drivers were detained.

111 pedestrians were brought to administrative responsibility for violating traffic rules. Of these, 21 people were in a state ofALCOHOL intoxication .
