Traffic Inspectorate of the Main Directorate of Internal Affairs of the Minsk City Executive Committee. Driving a vehicle while intoxicated is a dangerous violation of traffic rules that can lead to a tragedy, the road guards emphasized. The State Traffic Inspectorate officers work daily to identify, prevent and stop drunk drivers. 

Thus, on Dzerzhinsky Avenue, a Honda driven by a 37-year-old woman was stopped. She had more than 1 ppm of ALCOHOL

The police stopped another Honda on Zheleznodorozhnaya Street. The 46-year-old driver had more than 3 ppm of alcohol.

At the intersection of the Moscow Ring Road and Igumensky Trakt, the attention of the State Traffic Inspectorate officers was drawn to a Honda motorcycle. As it turned out, the foreign driver was driving in a state ofalcohol intoxication .

AlsoLaw enforcement officers monitor the Internet daily to identify traffic violations and hold violators accountable. In a similar way, they identified a case where a 44-year-old Toyota driver violated the rules of overtaking - the situation was captured on the camera of an eyewitness. "It was established that the driver of the car overtook the bus at a pedestrian crossing, along which a woman with a baby carriage was walking at that moment," the State Traffic Inspectorate clarified. The driver received a fine of 10 basic units (Br420) with a one-year driving ban.

"The internal affairs agencies have sufficient forces and means to identify violations and hold those who committed them accountable in accordance with the law," the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Main Directorate of Internal Affairs of the Minsk City Executive Committee concluded.
