June 9, MINSK . In the first quarter of 2023, organizations of the Minsk Regional Consumer Union produced goods worth more than Br19 million, Svetlana Chekan, Deputy Chairman of the Minsk Regional Consumer Union, told BelTA on the sidelines of the international specialized exhibition.
At "Belagro" "Belcoopsoyuz" presents the products of the cooperative industry from all regions of the country. In total, there are more than 50 types of products at the stand. "The Minsk region presents MEAT and sausage products. it is made mainly according to home recipes without any additives. We present more than five types of dry-cured and raw-smoked sausages, as well as natural meat with spices. In addition, we have bakery and confectionery products . Also at the exhibition, we organized our own point of sale, where the products of the Kopyl cooperative industry are presented," said Svetlana Chekan.She added that highly artistic products are also presented at the exhibition stand, namely loaves, cookies and cakes, which are produced by the confectioners of the Uzdensky bakery. "From the interesting: in Lyuban, manufacturers bake bread with the addition of corn FLOUR. We also have dietary and completely rye breads. Among other things, in Cherven we produce soft drinks, and in Lyuban - mineral water, which in its composition can be compared with other medicinal water," added the deputy chairman of the Minsk Regional Consumer Union.
According to her, according to the results of the first quarter, the cooperative industry of the Minsk region fulfilled the forecast indicators and worked profitably. For the first quarter, the output was more than Br19 million, which is more than 1,000 tons of bread and more than 60 tons of sausages. In May, the organizations of the Minsk Regional Consumer Union produced products worth Br7 million. The specialist stressed that the organizations produce 300-400 tons of bread and about 25 tons of sausages every month.
"The result of each Belagro exhibition is the conclusion of contracts and the supply of products. During the exhibition, we learn more about suppliers, and more and more buyers learn about our products, so we are waiting for an increase in sales," summed up Svetlana Chekan.
