January 19, MINSK. On January 22, the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of December 30, 2022 No. 964 "On changing the resolutions of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus on the sale of goods" comes into force. MART clarified this document, BelTA informs.

The requirements for information indicated in the menu of catering facilities are also changing. For the proper placement of goods containing the image of the state symbols of Belarus, Rule No. 703 was supplemented by clause 351, which provides that such goods are laid out in ways that allow them to be visually separated from other goods, and accompanied by the informational inscription "State symbols of the Republic of Belarus".

In addition, conditions are being created for buyers to pack goods purchased in a car shop, the use of invoices for the sale (alienation) of motor vehicles is canceled, and a change in the rules for selling goods in the markets is also provided for.
