A car fatally hit a 70-year-old woman in Berezino

Today, at about 18:30, a local resident, driving a Mazda, hit a 70-year-old resident of the regional center. The woman was crossing the roadway from right to left in the direction of the car's movement.

As a result of the road accident, the pedestrian died at the scene from her injuries. The deceased was not marked with reflective elements and was on the road with signs ofALCOHOL intoxication .

An investigation is underway into the accident.
