March 5, MINSK . Over the past 24 hours, the capital's state traffic inspectors stopped 19 cases of people driving cars without rights. BelTA was informed about this by the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Minsk City Executive Committee.

On March 4, Minsk traffic police inspectors also detained eight drunk motorists and removed 14 drunken pedestrians from the roadway.ALCOHOL intoxication .

102 motorists were cited for violations of pedestrian crossing rules.
