Minsk traffic police fined 13 disenfranchised people per day

October 5, MINSK . Over the past 24 hours, the capital's state traffic inspectors stopped 13 cases of people driving without rights. BelTA was informed about this by the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Minsk City Executive Committee.

Five cyclists, 18 motorcyclists and 16 pedestrians using personal mobility devices were brought to administrative responsibility for violations of traffic rules.
