The reason was the parents’ improper fulfillment of responsibilities for raising and maintaining the child. Mother and father led an antisocial lifestyle, abused ALCOHOL, and absented themselves from work.
To improve the situation in the family, a plan was developed to protect the legitimate interests of the child. All subjects of prevention worked to normalize the situation in a difficult family and create conditions for the return of the child to his parents. However, the parents did not show interest in returning the child to the family, did not always appear at the meetings of the Committee for Children, and did not follow the recommendations of specialists. They never received treatment . During the 6 months the boy was in the shelter, the mother visited her son three times, the father once.
The case was considered in an open mobile court session at the Dobroseletsky Agricultural Farm of the Grodnoobldorstroy Municipal Unitary Enterprise. At the court hearing, the defendants did not admit the claims . They referred to the fact that everything was to blamealcohol , which they cannot handle.
The court deprived both of their parental rights in relation to their 10-year-old son. The boy was transferred to the care of the guardianship and trusteeship authorities of the Zelva district executive committee.
The decision has not entered into legal force and can be appealed and appealed.
