At the 27th Russian Agro-Industrial Exhibition "Golden Autumn 2025," the Volgograd Region signed eight cooperation agreements.
The Volgograd Region Committee on Agriculture and the Russian self-regulatory organization of audit unions of agricultural cooperatives, the Agrokontrol Union, signed a bilateral agreement. The parties will jointly address issues related to the development of the region's agricultural producers by creating and strengthening a system of agricultural cooperatives and the associated infrastructure.
Another agreement focuses on cooperation in the field of deep grain processing: agreements were reached between the relevant committee and the Soyuzkrakhmal Association.
As a reminder, NewBio, one of the leading enterprises for deep processing of corn grain, operates in the Volgograd Region. it is the first and only producer of soluble corn fiber in RUSSIA and the CIS. In 2025, the plant received the results of a clinical trial from the Federal Research Center for Nutrition, Biotechnology, and Food Safety (Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution "Federal Research Center for Nutrition and Biotechnology"), which demonstrated the beneficial properties of the fiber produced at the Volgograd plant in dietary therapeutic and preventive nutrition. At the large-scale "Golden Autumn 2025" exhibition, the company was awarded a gold medal "For the Production of High-Quality Food Products": experts highly praised the quality of INTENSFLOOR soluble corn fiber. The Volgograd plant is the only one in Russia and the CIS producing such products.
An agreement was also signed with the Oil and Fat Union of Russia. The signed documents will allow the Volgograd Region to expand its capacity to organize and expand processing facilities, enabling the production of high-added-value products. It is worth noting that these objectives were set by Governor Andrei Bocharov and identified as priorities in the 10-year agricultural development strategy.
The Volgograd Region also signed a number of agreements aimed at developing plant breeding, seed production, livestock breeding, land reclamation, improving the training of highly qualified specialists, and expanding agricultural insurance practices—all of which will contribute to the implementation of the Governor's strategy for agricultural development over the next 10 years.

Agreements on cooperation were reached with the All-Russian Research Institute of Breeding. The region is committed to working together to develop a competitive genetic resource base for livestock breeding using advanced biotechnological methods. An agreement between the Volgograd Region Committee on Agriculture and the "United Association of Insurers of the Agro-Industrial Complex – National Union of Agricultural Insurers" is intended to promote
the development of
state-supported agricultural insurance. Land reclamation issues were also addressed, with two agreements dedicated to addressing challenges in this area. A trilateral document was signed by the Volgograd Region Committee on Agriculture, Volgograd State Agrarian University, and Building Stroy Group, a limited liability company. The region will also develop cooperation with the National Association of Manufacturers of Land Reclamation Equipment and Solutions, Napor.
