AgroNero LLC, which is part of the Belaya Dacha agricultural holding, has implemented an investment project in the Rostov district of the Yaroslavl region to grow open and closed type baby-leaf salads.
About 130 million rubles of investments were spent on the construction of new greenhouses. Jobs provided 130 residents of the region. State support for the project amounted to more than 1.3 million rubles.
“The company has expanded its range of finished products by growing new types of fresh herbs and salads. The project provides for year-round production of salads in greenhouses with an area of ​​1000 square meters. m, as well as the organization of the production of salads on the open ground on an area of ​​2.5 hectares,” said acting. The greenhouse complex was put into operation in April of this year, and most recently, agronomists harvested the first crop: 36 tons of arugula and 10 tons of spinach.
“Thanks to the construction of new greenhouses, it is planned to increase the production volume: arugula – up to 130 tons per year, spinach – up to 20 tons per year,” said Alexander Abramchuk, General Director of AgroNero LLC.
Currently, about 500 hectares of land have been put into circulation at the AgroNero LLC enterprise, on which carrots, beets, cabbage, various types of greens and lettuce (arugula, iceberg, Romano, etc.) are grown.
As the chief agronomist of the farm Nikolay Podosenov said, This year, 100 hectares of carrots, 40 hectares of beets and 20 hectares of cabbage were planted on the lands of the enterprise.
The products of AgroNero LLC are supplied to the factories of the Russian holding company JSC Belaya Dacha, from where they are sent to large retailers and restaurants.
