The caviar workshop of the Diana fish processing company from the Kaduysky District underwent a veterinary and sanitary inspection by specialists from the Russian Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance , who issued a permit to include the enterprise in the Cerberus register of exporters. Thanks to this, the organization received the right to EXPORT its products to Sri Lanka.
The company already ships its products to three Asian countries - Vietnam , Indonesia and Korea within the framework of the regional project "Export of Agricultural Products" of the national project "International Cooperation and Export".
The Diana fish processing company is the oldest and largest sturgeon industrial fish farm in RUSSIA. Since 2006, the company began industrial production of black caviar and is currently a leader in Russia in industrial aquaculture, producing black caviar from its own broodstock. The enterprise has almost all pure lines of sturgeon fish, and selection and breeding work is carried out , as well as work on hybridization and obtaining the highest reproductive qualities of fish," said the HEAD of the Department of Agriculture and Food Resources of the region, Sergei Poromonov.
RTF Diana has the status of a breeding reproducer for Siberian sturgeon (breed "Lena-1"). In addition, the farm grows sturgeon fry for the purpose of artificial reproduction of aquatic biological resources, which are annually purchased by Russian enterprises for compensatory measures.
The farm demonstrates high quality standards for its products and is a participant in the voluntary certification system "Real Vologda Product".
According to the results of 2022, 361 tons of commercial fish were grown at the production site in the village of Kaduy, and 18 tons of black sturgeon caviar were obtained.
