The coming early spring has intensified the preparatory work carried out annually on the eve of the new agricultural season.
The regional government and the Department of Agrarian Policy of the Voronezh Region are participating in organizational activities in preparation for the spring field campaign in 2022. As part of the fulfillment of the assignment of the Ministry of Agriculture, the issues of harvesting seeds, creating a reserve fund of seeds, expanding the areas of potatoes, vegetables, SUGAR beets, and soybeans have been worked out.
The government of the Voronezh region enters into agreements with producers and distributors of mineral fertilizers for supply to farms. The following fertilizer producers cooperate with the region: Minudobreniya JSC, PhosAgro-Belgorod LLC, ACRON, UralChem, KuibyshevAzot. LLC EuroChem Trading Rus, JSC Shchekinoazot, JSC Ammonium. Distributors are LLC AgroStar, LLC AFK-A, LLC Dialog-ZA, LLC Agrohimtsentr Tambov, OOO Agrotsentr Tambov, JSC A1 Agrokhim, LLC PhosAgro-Belgorod, LLC Kardail ”, LLC Agrochemtrade, LLC Eurochem Trading Rus. In addition, three more applications for distribution are under consideration (TransAgro LLC, Business Partner LLC, Gortop JSC).
For spring field work in 2022, 202.1 thousand tons of mineral fertilizers have been accumulated, which is about 60% of the plan. The shipment continues.
Agricultural producers of the Voronezh region harvested 121.97 thousand tons of seeds of spring grain and leguminous crops, or 111.7% of the need. Of these, 5.7% are original and elite seeds, from the first to the third reproduction - 89%. 109.6 thousand tons were checked for compliance with sowing standards, which is 90% of the harvested. Seeds are fully conditioned.
The Department of Agrarian Policy constantly monitors the acquisition by agricultural producers of all means of production: mineral fertilizers, seeds, fuel, machinery and spare parts. Research institutions carry out diagnostics of the state of winter crops and make forecasts from overwintering. Farmers of the region were given recommendations for caring for winter crops during the resumption of spring vegetation.
