In this agronomic year, the Department for the socio-economic development of the village continued to work in the districts of the region in the format of mutual checks. The essence of the project is the exchange of experience between the farms of the two neighboring regions, familiarization with new varieties, technologies for growing crops, nutrition and plant protection systems during joint trips to the fields of the farms.
The first mutual check this season was held with the participation of the farms of the Zyryansk and Tomsk regions. The group included heads of agricultural enterprises, agronomists, heads of municipalities, as well as specialists from the Department. The participants examined the crops of grain and leguminous crops (wheat, barley, oats, buckwheat, peas), fodder and industrial crops (rapeseed). We visited production sites (grain drying complexes and seed-growing centers, warehouses), examined the equipment.
In the Zyryansky district, the first point of the route was the peasant farm of Alexander Maykov. Last year, the farmer won a grant to develop a family farm. As part of the grant, the entrepreneur purchased a Kuzbass sowing complex and 2 Buller tractors. This season, the farmer plans to increase the capacity of the granary. The total sown area on the farm is 1535 hectares. Of these, 1,435 hectares are occupied by grain and leguminous crops. 826 ha were sown with wheat, 150 ha with oats, 250 ha with barley, 90 ha with peas, and 119 ha with buckwheat. For the first time this season, the farmer sowed 100 hectares of rapeseed. The average specific yield of grain crops, according to the experts of the working group, will be from 30 to 40 c/ha.
In the Zyryansk branch of Agrocomplex LLC, the participants of the mutual check examined the machine and tractor fleet, which is kept in perfect order. The company is processing 8 thousand hectares of crops. Of these, 5400 hectares are occupied by wheat, 657 by oats, 992 by barley, and 430 ha by peas. This season, 8 new varieties of grain and leguminous crops were sown on the farm. Last year, the farm significantly upgraded its fleet of vehicles – they purchased Akros 585 and RSM 161 combine harvesters, Kirovets tractors, a Tuman sprayer, and trailed equipment. Now the farm is installing the second Alvan Blanch grain cleaning complex with a capacity of 30 tons / hour.
Further, the working group visited the peasant farm of Alexander Kotlyarov. The farm uses no-till technology (stubble cultivation, without plowing). The sown areas occupy 4106 hectares. The farm cultivates wheat, oats, barley, oilseed flax, buckwheat, peas and rapeseed. The farmer has recently purchased a new Claas Tucano 430 combine harvester. The installation of the second Alvan Blanch grain dryer with a capacity of 30 tons per hour is nearing completion on the farm.
In the Tomsk region, the working group also visited four farms - LLC Perovskoe, KFH Mikhail Petrochenkov, the Tomsk branch of the AIC Pervomaisky-LK and LLC Spas.
Until this season, Perovskoye LLC and Petrochenkov's peasant farm worked on the technology of organic farming and produced products for EXPORT - to Lithuania and England. Since this year, the farms have switched to traditional farming.
The sown area in Perovskoe LLC is 610 hectares. The farm grows winter and spring wheat, oats, buckwheat, peas and rapeseed.
In the KFH of Mikhail Petrochenkov, the total area under crops is 783 hectares. Winter and spring wheat, oats, barley and rapeseed are grown here.
In the Tomsk branch of the AIC "Pervomaisky-LK" the working group examined the seed center - checked the readiness for operation of the Petkus grain drying complex. The farm put into operation 5 new silos for grain storage, designed for 15,000 tons. Farmers were shown in operation new spraying systems and containers for storing and applying liquid fertilizers to the soil. Warehouses for storing mineral fertilizers were shown at the production site. The total sown area of the company is 4083 hectares. Most of the area is occupied by cereals and leguminous crops.
In LLC Spas, the participants of the mutual checks project examined the crops of fodder crops and barley.
According to Alexander Savenko, Deputy HEAD of the Department for Socio-Economic Development of the Village, mutual checks help farm managers compare and objectively assess the state and development of agricultural crops in their fields and in the fields of their neighbors, and find out what cultivation technologies their colleagues use.
In July, we plan to conduct mutual checks between Asinovsky and Pervomaisky, Kozhevnikovsky and Shegarsky, Krivosheinsky and Molchanovsky districts of the Tomsk region.
