Despite the difficult economic situation, the plant is only increasing production volumes. Up to 700 tons of milk are processed there per day. The Lipetsk region, without exaggeration, is one of the breadbaskets of the country. Thus, the gross harvest of grain and leguminous crops in the past harvest exceeded 4 million tons. This is the second figure in the history of the region. At the same time, the yield exceeded the indicator of the 21st year by a third.
The region is also mastering the production of new types of products. Among them are soybean and lupine vegetable oils. New businesses are also opening. For example, last summer one of the largest oilseed processing plants in the country with a capacity of 2,500 tons of soybeans per day was launched in the Lipetsk region.
The products manufactured by the enterprises of the agro-industrial complex of the region not only fully cover the regional demand, but also make it possible to supply products both to the domestic market of the country and for EXPORT.
