On January 13, as part of a working trip to the city of Kamen-on-Obi, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Altai Territory Alexander Lukyanov and HEAD of the Altai Territory Department for Food, Processing, Pharmaceutical Industry and Biotechnology Alexander Bolshakov visited the leading enterprises of the processing industry of the city.
At one of the largest grain elevators in the region, the Kamensky elevator, in the period from 2016 to 2021, a large-scale modernization was carried out, as a result of which the capacity for one-time grain storage increased to 210 thousand tons. The enterprise has become one of the exemplary in the Altai Territory - its productivity for receiving grain today is up to 7 thousand tons per day, and for shipment - up to 2 thousand tons. In the course of the modernization, new separators were installed at the elevator, which make it possible to bring grain to food standards. A seed line that has no analogues in the Altai Territory and meets international requirements has also been built. The line can produce up to 20 tons of seed per hour. In addition, drying departments have been modernized at the elevator, allowing to dry up to 300 tons of grain per hour.
Valery Gorozhankin, General DIRECTOR of OJSC Kamensky Fish Factory, gave a tour of the enterprise and spoke about the implementation of plans to modernize production in 2020-2021. It was possible to build a low-temperature warehouse for storing sea and river fish, installed a modern shock freezing chamber to prepare the caught fish for further storage and processing. Today OJSC "Kamensky Rybozavod" is one of the largest enterprises for the extraction and processing of fish in the Siberian region, its production facilities allow processing about 100 tons of fresh-frozen fish per month.
Representatives of the regional authorities got acquainted with the progress of the reconstruction of production at CJSC Kamensky Butter and Cheese Plant. The enterprise has already invested more than 50 million rubles of its own funds in large-scale repairs and upgrades of technological equipment. The acceptance of raw materials and the production of products in full at the plant are planned to begin in February this year.
At the complex for receiving, cleaning, drying and storing grain of ASK Soyuz, which was also visited by representatives of the authorities, the construction of the second stage is underway according to the project. During the visit, the management shared plans for the further development of the enterprise.
At OJSC "Voskhod" Kamensky MEAT Processing Plant, Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Lukyanov presented the team with a well-deserved award on behalf of the Governor of the Altai Territory Viktor Tomenko. Recall that at the end of 2021, the plant became the winner of a labor competition among teams engaged in the processing and preservation of meat and meat food products, increasing the production of meat and meat products by 12.2%, ensuring an increase in labor protection by 9.5%, increasing wages by 20 %. The director of the enterprise, Tamara Berdnikova, shared her plans for a large-scale reconstruction of the plant and the renovation of refrigeration equipment, which will be implemented this year.
