The Department of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance for the Republic of Mordovia and the Penza Region informs that on April 21, 2022, the Order of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation dated February 21, 2022 was published on the official Internet portal of legal information (www.pravo.gov.ru). No. 89 "On the Regulations for the provision of information to the system of state information support in the field of agriculture" (registered on April 21, 2022 No. 68291).
In accordance with Part 3 of Article 17 of the Federal Law of December 29, 2006 No. No. 264-FZ "On the Development of Agriculture" and Section III of this Regulation, information on the epizootic state of the territory of the Russian Federation and ongoing measures to identify, eliminate and prevent the spread of animal diseases, pathogens of contagious animal diseases, including:
- information on contagious animal diseases (the frequency of providing information is quarterly; the recommended sample is given in Appendix No. 11 to the Regulations);
- information on anti-epizootic measures (the frequency of providing information is quarterly; the recommended sample is given in Appendix No. 12 to the Regulations);
- an urgent report on the occurrence of a disease and the development of an epizootic situation (the frequency of providing information is every ten days; the recommended sample is given in Appendix No. 13 to the Regulations);
- information on the movement and consumption of medicines for veterinary use and diagnostic tools for anti-epizootic measures paid for from the federal budget (the frequency of information is quarterly; the recommended sample is given in Appendix No. 14 to the Regulations);
- information on non-contagious animal diseases (the frequency of providing information is quarterly; the recommended sample is given in Appendix No. 15 to the Regulations);
- information on diseases of fish and other aquatic organisms (the frequency of providing information is quarterly; the recommended sample is given in Appendix No. 16 to the Regulations);
- information about the work of veterinary laboratories (the frequency of providing information is half a year; the recommended sample is given in Appendix No. 17 to the Regulations);
- information about diagnostic studies of farm animals, the movement of diagnosticums (the frequency of providing information is quarterly; the recommended sample is given in Appendix No. 18 to the Regulations);
- an urgent report on the detection of quarantine and especially dangerous animal diseases based on the results of laboratory tests (the frequency of providing information is quarterly; the recommended sample is given in Appendix No. 19 to the Regulations);
- an urgent report on the identification of products that do not meet the mandatory requirements (the frequency of providing information is urgent; the recommended sample is given in Appendix No. 20 to the Regulations);
- information on the veterinary and sanitary examination of raw materials and products of animal origin (the frequency of providing information is half a year; the recommended sample is given in Appendix No. 21 to the Regulations).
In connection with the entry into force of the Order of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation dated February 21, 2022 No. 89, the order of the Ministry of Agriculture of RUSSIA dated April 2, 2008 became invalid. No. 189 "On the Regulations for the provision of information to the system of state information support in the field of agriculture" (registered by the Ministry of Justice of Russia on April 18, 2008, registration No. 11557).
