On July 28, 2022, the agro-industrial exhibition "All-Russian Field Day-2022" began its work in the Kaliningrad region - the country's largest field review of the achievements of the domestic agro-industrial complex. The exhibition, organized by the Ministry of Agriculture of RUSSIA, brought together thousands of farmers from different regions of the country.

The All-Russian Field Day traditionally presents a wide range of modern agricultural machinery and equipment for the agro-industrial complex, the latest developments in the field of breeding, agrochemistry and plant protection. Participants and guests of the event have the opportunity to exchange experiences, establish new contacts, and comprehensively consider issues of improving the efficiency of the country's agricultural sector market.

Within the framework of the exhibition, expert discussions, conferences and round tables are held, where participants can discuss priority areas for the development of the Russian agro-industrial complex (AIC). Representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, ROSSELKHOZNADZOR , regional agricultural authorities, heads of the country's leading agricultural enterprises, industry associations, banks and research organizations take part in the business events of the All-Russian Field Day.

On July 28, Olga Zakharova, HEAD of the Department of Internal Phytosanitary and Land Supervision, Grain Quality Control and Safety, and Maria Osipova, Deputy DIRECTOR of the Federal State Budgetary Institution TsNMVL, took part in a round table organized by the Federal State Budgetary Institution TsNMVL on the topic: "Possibilities of laboratory control of pesticides in agriculture."

During the event, representatives of the Federal State Budgetary Institution TsNMVL spoke about the development and improvement of regulatory documentation governing laboratory research in the field of monitoring the content of active substances of pesticides in food products, food raw materials and feed. The speakers noted the danger of using pesticides, the impact of pesticides on human HEALTH and animal health, the decrease in the value of feed when using pesticides. Methods for analyzing the content of pesticides in feed used in Russia, the advantages of multi-methods for the analysis of pesticides developed by the research staff of the institution were considered. The experts provided detailed information about the plans to create methods for measuring the content of pesticides in the Federal State Budgetary Institution TsNMVL.

In addition, on July 28, as part of the event, specialists from the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Federal Center for Animal Health" subordinate to the Rosselkhoznadzor - Head of the Technical Support Department of the Information and Computing Center Polina Kotova and Deputy Head of the Digital Transformation Department of the Rosselkhoznadzor of the Information and Computing Center Alexei Belov took part in a round table on the topic "Federal State Information System for traceability of pesticides and agrochemicals" (hereinafter - FSIS "Saturn").

The meeting discussed the goals and objectives of FSIS Saturn, legal regulation of the subject area, objects and subjects of the system, the procedure for registration in the system and the current situation in the dynamics of registration, registration of the import of batches of pesticides and agrochemicals, as well as the purpose of other modules of the system that ensure traceability turnover of pesticides and agrochemicals. During the discussion on the topic, answers were given to the questions that arose.

The round tables organized by FGBI “ARRIAH” and FGBI TsNMVL touched upon many topical issues. The audience noted that the results obtained during the dialogue will be useful to all participants, and the proposed recommendations will indeed find their application in practice.
