In 2024 , the region's farmers purchased 57 tractors of various brands and modifications, 7 grain harvesters and 3 forage harvesters, 239 units of other agricultural machinery.
According to Sergei Bubnov, a member of the Ivanovo Region government and DIRECTOR of the regional department of agriculture and food, in recent years the industry has been moving towards modern technologies, robotic production, and autopilot systems for agricultural machinery. "Government support measures are being implemented to encourage farmers to use modern machinery and equipment. Priority attention is paid to providing farmers with basic resources. In particular, work continues to update the fleet of agricultural machinery. A number of measures are in place for farmers to purchase it: preferential leasing, preferential loans, subsidies and other tools," Sergei Bubnov noted.
In the Ivanovo Region, there is a regional support measure - subsidizing the down payment for the purchase of agricultural machinery on lease. Currently, farmers have received subsidies in the amount of 157 million rubles in this area, which is almost one and a half times more than last year. it should be noted that this year the volume of subsidies has been increased by 60 million rubles.
In addition, Rosagroleasing has preferential programs for agricultural producers. This year, the company has already supplied 104 units of machinery and equipment to Ivanovo farmers for a total of 481.7 million rubles, including 23 tractors, 11 combines and self-propelled mowers, 6 units of motor vehicles and 64 units of other mounted and trailed equipment.
To purchase new agricultural machinery and equipment, agricultural producers have access to preferential investment loans at a rate of up to 10% per annum for up to 5 years to purchase new agricultural machinery and equipment. This year, Ivanovo enterprises have already been approved for about 25 million rubles.
Let us recall that in the agro-industrial complex of Ivanovo region, 13 farms already use systems of automatic piloting of agricultural machinery (autopilots) when carrying out various agricultural operations. These automatic piloting systems are used on 30 units of agricultural machinery.
