The amount of state support will amount to 21 million rubles.
Subsidies will be paid to reimburse a significant portion of the costs of purchasing whitefish and carp seed stock—up to 90 percent. The fish seed stock must be purchased between June 1, 2024 , and October 15, 2025, and released into water at fish farms in the region between March 1, 2024, and October 15, 2025. This type of state support will contribute to the achievement of the goals of the national project "Technological Support for Food Security."
The Ministry expects this to partially reimburse the costs of fish farms in the Chelyabinsk Region for the purchase of 50 million whitefish and carp larvae and juveniles. The purpose of the subsidy is to stimulate growth in the cultivation and harvest of commercial aquaculture.
The total amount of state support in this area is 21 million rubles.
The subsidy payment procedure sets out the conditions for selecting recipients and establishes a method for calculating the subsidy amount . For example, a fish farm must submit an application and attach electronic copies of documents confirming eligibility for a subsidy: proof of purchase of fish seed, release certificates, and accompanying veterinary documents.
The application and supporting documents are submitted through the federal portal for providing state financial support measures, "Electronic Budget." An agreement on achieving the state support results, which specifies the expected volume of fish seed acquisition and release, is also signed there.
