The results of the activities of the laboratory of microbiological research of the FGBI "ARRIAH" for May 2022

In May 2022, the microbiological research laboratory of the Testing Center of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Federal Center for Animal Health" subordinated to ROSSELKHOZNADZOR received 285 samples of food products for research.
The laboratory performed 1319 studies on microbiological parameters.
During the specified period, 9 non-compliances with the requirements of regulatory documents were identified.
In samples of food products, bacteria of the Escherichia coli group (ECG) were found - 2 samples, excess in terms of QMAFAnM - 6 samples, inconsistency in the labeling of food products for soy content - 1 sample.
