In the first eight months of 2025, Moscow Region producers produced over 9,000 tons of this product, an 8.64% increase compared to the same period last year.
Moscow Region enterprises account for 4.2% of Russia's total cream production and 12.5% ​​of output in the Central Federal District, ranking third.
The Moscow Region Ministry of Agriculture and Food noted that the increase in cream production demonstrates the effectiveness of dairy industry support measures.
