The farm Bakht Imkon Rivoj Chorvasi is located in Uzbekistan, in the Andijan region. In addition to goats, Fakhriddin Ismoilov is engaged in dairy cattle . We did not film the cows, because our AgroExpedition was only for goat breeding.
At the time of filming, the goat farm contained about 700 goats, mainly Saanen goats and a small number of Alpine goats. About 450-500 goats are milked. The total amount of MILK is about a ton. Fakhriddin is unable to achieve an average yield of 4 liters per goat, possibly due to the diet, since both dairy goats and dairy cattle consume the same feed. The composition of the feed is different for young animals.
The first time I saw a milking parlor not indoors, but outside under a canopy. it is very interesting whether such a parlor would be certified in RUSSIA or not.
Several years ago, the farm suffered a die-off of goats, but Fakhriddin is sure that this was not due to feeding or maintenance.
Before this mass die-off, the farm received 2.5 tons of goat milk per day. And now only a ton.
The enterprise has a large modern milk processing plant. Where they produce sour cream, kaymak,cottage cheese , various sugar-free yogurts, kurt, and cheeses are made .
There is a cheese storage facility for cheeses of various stages of aging.
Products are sold through the well-known "Korzinka" chain in Uzbekistan, and there is also a small store, which is very conveniently located next to the road.
