Chuvash farmers will bring 19 varieties of planting material to the fair and sale of the Potato-2025 exhibition

Visitors will be greeted by "Utro", "Russkiy Souvenir", "La Strada", "Gala" and more.
On March 5-6, the capital of Chuvashia, Cheboksary, will turn into the potato center of the country. The XVII Interregional Exhibition "Potato - 2025" will be held on the basis of the MTV Center, where about 70 companies from 15 regions of the country will present their achievements, innovations, developments in the agricultural sector.
As the Deputy Prime Minister noted,Minister of Agriculture of Chuvashia Sergey Artamonov, the Potato exhibition has been gathering Russian potato producers and representatives of related industries on one platform since 2009. The program includes an exchange of experience, a demonstration of achievements, and an exhibition of agricultural machinery. Nowadays, it is difficult to surprise visitors with something, but the exhibition always succeeds.
Everyone can walk along the rows with modern machinery, learn effective methods of plant protection directly from the producers, and taste potato dishes – admission to the event is free. Moreover, after getting acquainted with the variety of varieties, visitors will be invited to a fair and sale of seed potatoes. This year, 4 companies will bring planting material, the assortment will include 19 varieties.
In total , agricultural producers plan to bring 50 tons of seed potatoes.
