PIONERPRODUKT.by continues to publish videos from the AgroExpedition "Agriculture of Tatarstan-2021". Today we will visit the Safiullins' farm on a dairy farm, where 150 heads of black-and-white, Holsteinized breed of cows are kept, and 1200 heads of bulls are kept on a feedlot for bulls.
Currently, the main sales of MILK go to the city of Kazan, but the farm is considering installing a small line for processing milk into butter. Milk is sold in bottling in the Kazan Agropark, both to the population and to the CHEESE FACTORY in the Agropark itself. Unsold balances are purchased by the partner company for its own processing.
The dairy cows' quarters are of a standard Soviet construction - the so-called "Klyushechnik", but slightly modernized. On the fodder table is alfalfa and clover hay, which the cows eat with pleasure. Hay is harvested on the farm's own fields.
Milking is carried out through a simple but reliable domestic milk pipeline manufactured in Izhevsk. The stall equipment for cows is standard: with drinking cups and small trays for licks and various additives. Not far from the premises there is a walking area, although the main exercise of the cows takes place on the pasture.
The barn has a standard scraper manure removal system, which runs 4-5 times a day.
Milk undergoes a two-stage quality check. First, on the spot with the help of a simple device "lactan", then in the Agropark in a specialized laboratory. Additionally, once every two weeks, milk is transported for in-depth analysis to the republican veterinary laboratory.
The sale of milk at the point in the Agropark starts at eight in the morning, on the day of filming, the entire volume was already sold by lunchtime, which is about 500 liters. Among the buyers are often regular customers.
The farm also has a new feedlot for 1200 heads. Here, at present, both bulls for breeding sale and for slaughter are kept. The canopy device is the same as in the pioneer farm - load-bearing pipes driven into the ground by a K-700 bucket by 2 meters. A small wall was erected to protect against the autumn winds.
