Grain prices became one of the main topics of the operational meeting, which was held in the government of the Lipetsk region on September 12. How things are going with the farmers, the governor was informed by his deputy Igor Kremnev, who oversees the field of agriculture.
This year, more than 3.5 million tons of grain have been harvested in the Lipetsk region. The regional department of agriculture notes that this is a good result. However, there are currently difficulties with EXPORT, but shipments of Lipetsk grain abroad are gradually starting.
“The issue is definitely a concern. We keep it under constant control. Agrarians have always been supported and will continue to be supported. We look forward to a positive solution to the current situation,” the governor commented.
Igor Kremnev also spoke about current measures to support the industry. The Lipetsk Region has received additional subsidies for the production and sale of grain. 320 million rubles is the agreed amount that will go to the region. Previously, the subject has already received 300 million rubles.
