How to obtain the right to export feed corn to China

The Office of ROSSELKHOZNADZOR for the Republic of Mordovia and the Penza Region informs that the EXPORT of feed corn is carried out in accordance with the Protocol on phytosanitary requirements for corn, rice, soybeans, rapeseed exported from the Russian Federation to the People's Republic of CHINA from enterprises certified for the supply of corn to China .
Enterprises interested in exporting feed corn to China must be included in the List of Russian exporters/manufacturers/processors, as well as corn granaries, approved by the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China.
Surveys of enterprises interested in exporting feed corn to China for compliance with Chinese requirements are carried out by specialists from the department of supervision in the field of plant quarantine, quality and safety of grain and seed production and the department of state veterinary supervision at the State Border of the Russian Federation and transport of the territorial Office of Rosselkhoznadzor with subsequent entry into the FSIS “VetIS” component of “Cerberus” certification statuses for the types of products “Plant products / Grain / Corn” and “Feed and feed additives / feed of plant origin / feed corn”.
