Specialists of the Department of State Veterinary Supervision at the State Border of the Russian Federation and Transport in the Republic of Mordovia of the Office of the ROSSELKHOZNADZOR for the Republic of Mordovia and the Penza Region carried out 30 control, supervisory and preventive measures for 7 months of the current year, including: 2 scheduled and 2 unscheduled field inspections, 7 random quality control of medicinal products for veterinary use, 8 preventive visits and 11 other events. Based on the results of the control and supervision measures, 1 prescription was issued, 2 administrative protocols were drawn up.
During the specified period, the receipt and dispatch of 876 batches was controlled - 56,261.7 tons of controlled cargo, 13,500 HEAD of day-old chickens, 2 heads of domestic animals - companions (dog, cat).
Since the beginning of the year, specialists of the department have taken and sent 362 samples in total, including: within the framework of enhanced laboratory control - 130 samples, food monitoring "Export APK" - 103 samples, EXPORT certification - 108 samples, quality control of medicines - 14 samples, research feed on GMOs - 7 samples. Sample studies are carried out on the basis of FGBU "VGNKI", FGBU "TsNMVL".
The specialists of the department conducted 11 surveys of regulated economic entities of the republic for compliance with the veterinary and sanitary requirements of third countries in order to obtain the right to export products to the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union and other countries, as well as to obtain permission to import controlled goods from abroad.
Within 7 months, 5 applications for the provision of state services for licensing pharmaceutical activities in the field of circulation of medicines for veterinary use were considered, including 1 application for a license and 4 applications for amendments to the register of licenses in connection with the intentions of licensees to carry out a licensed type of activity for places not listed in the register of licenses. On the basis of these applications, on-site assessments of the compliance of licensees and the license applicant with license requirements were carried out, as a result of which changes were made to the corresponding register for four licenses (3 licenses - for the Penza region, 1 license - for the Republic of Mordovia) and 1 license was granted (for the Penza region) .
As part of the control over the circulation of medicinal products for veterinary use and compliance with licensing requirements, 11 control and supervisory activities were carried out, including 2 scheduled and 2 unscheduled on-site inspections completed before March 10, 2022, 7 random quality controls of medicinal products for veterinary use. When carrying out control and supervision measures, 7 violations were revealed, 1 order was issued, 2 administrative protocols were drawn up, 1 administrative case was sent for consideration to the district COURT.
The main violations identified as a result of control and supervisory activities were violations of the rules for storing medicines for veterinary use.
Also, 8 preventive measures (preventive visits) were carried out in relation to persons starting to carry out pharmaceutical activities in the field of circulation of medicinal products for veterinary use, and licensees classified as significant risk.
The results of the control and supervision activities of the department's employees are regularly covered in the media and on the official website of the Department. For 7 months of 2022, 63 press releases were posted on the official website of the Office of the Rosselkhoznadzor for the Republic of Mordovia and the Penza Region, 23 articles were published in print media, and 1 speech was broadcast on the radio.
