Specialists of the Department of State Veterinary Supervision at the State Border of the Russian Federation and Transport in the Republic of Mordovia of the Office of the ROSSELKHOZNADZOR for the Republic of Mordovia and the Penza Region for 4 months of 2022 carried out 17 control, supervisory and preventive measures, including 2 scheduled and 2 unscheduled field inspections, 1 random quality control of medicinal products for veterinary use, 4 preventive visits and 8 other events.
Based on the results of the control and supervision measures, 1 prescription was issued, 2 administrative protocols were drawn up.
During the specified period, the receipt and dispatch of 551 batches - 36856.4 tons of controlled cargo were controlled.
As part of the work on monitoring the quality and safety of food products and feed, EXPORT certification of regulated goods for 4 months of the current year, 218 samples were taken, including 2 samples of medicines for veterinary use, 6 samples of feed of plant origin, 3 samples of egg products, 5 samples fish products, 20 samples of dairy products, 182 samples of MEAT products, of which 90 samples are under enhanced laboratory control. Sample studies are carried out on the basis of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "TsNMVL", Federal State Budgetary Institution "VGNKI".
The specialists of the department conducted 8 inspections of regulated economic entities of the republic for compliance with the veterinary and sanitary requirements of third countries in order to obtain the right to export products to the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union and other countries, as well as to obtain permission to import controlled goods from abroad.
During the reporting period, the specialists of the department considered 3 applications for amendments to the register of licenses of the Rosselkhoznadzor to carry out pharmaceutical activities in the field of circulation of medicines for veterinary use in connection with the intentions of licensees to carry out the licensed type of activity at the places of its implementation, not indicated in the register of licenses. Based on the results of consideration of such applications, changes were made to the corresponding register for 3 licenses (2 licenses for the Penza Region, 1 license for the Republic of Mordovia).
As part of the control over the circulation of medicinal products for veterinary use and compliance with licensing requirements, for 4 months of 2022, 5 control and supervisory activities were carried out, including 2 scheduled and 2 unscheduled field inspections, 1 random quality control of medicinal products for veterinary use, as well as 4 preventive visits. When carrying out control and supervision measures, 7 violations were revealed, 1 order was issued, 2 administrative protocols were drawn up, 1 administrative case was sent to the district COURT.
The main violations identified as a result of control and supervisory activities were violations of the rules for storing medicines for veterinary use.
The results of the control and supervision activities of the department's employees are regularly covered in the media and on the official website of the Department. For 4 months, 44 press releases were posted on the official website of the Office of the Rosselkhoznadzor for the Republic of Mordovia and the Penza region, 13 articles were published in print media.
