Implemented and planned investment projects for the development of agricultural production and the release of new products will be presented by enterprises of the Chelyabinsk region on September 13-15 at the 10th anniversary Interregional Agro-Industrial Exhibition of the Ural Federal District.
Samples of the latest products and new production development projects that demonstrate the investment and EXPORT potential of the South Ural agricultural complex will be presented in Yekaterinburg by nine regional companies and two Chelyabinsk universities - South Ural State Agrarian University and South Ural State University - National Research University.
Each enterprise in recent years has implemented breakthrough projects, whether it is a large or small business, which allowed Chelyabinsk brands to take their rightful place in the food market and confirm the high rating of agricultural producers at the level of the Ural Federal District and RUSSIA in a number of areas.
According to the results of 7 months of 2022, Chelyabinsk poultry farms are ranked third in the Russian rating for egg production and are in the TOP-10 for the production of poultry MEAT. Chelyabinsk Poultry Farm is one of the three largest domestic companies in terms of production of chicken table eggs, produces 2.2 million eggs daily and supplies its products to more than half of the regions of Russia. In 2022, the company invested more than 750 million rubles in the expansion of warehouse capacity, robotization of production, and the purchase of special equipment. After the announcement of Western sanctions at the poultry farm, an import-substituting production of dry complete feed for non-productive pets on its own raw materials with a capacity of 300 tons per month was organized in a short time.
The project for the construction of a first-order reproducer for the reproduction of the new domestic cross-country chickens Smena-9 with a capacity of 6 million breeding eggs per year will be presented at the district agricultural exhibition by the Magnitogorsk diversified company SITNO. The cost of the project is 1.26 billion rubles, the implementation period is 2022-2024. At the same time, the company plans to build a new seed-growing complex, a vegetable store and implement a land irrigation project with a total cost of 750 million rubles. In 2021-2022, the company invested 827 million rubles in the modernization and expansion of production, the purchase of special equipment. In particular, new automated bread production lines were installed at the Magnitogorsk Bakery Plant. Also in 2022, the company was the first in the region to start producing thermostatic yoghurts.
The Resurs company, which opened a production and logistics complex with robotic equipment in 2019, continues to demonstrate new products in cooking bags and an import-substituting line of side dishes and cereals. Skandi oat flakes from whole grains at the level of the best world samples, compotes in cooking bags, soups, sets of cereals with sauces are produced at the new PLC, the investment in the construction of which amounted to 5 billion rubles. The capacities of the enterprise are designed for the production of 20 thousand tons of products per month, while 65% of the products are made from cereals of own production.
In 2021, the Chelyabinsk region ranked first in Russia in the production of pasta, second in the production of FLOUR, and third in the production of cereals. In the Urals Federal District, the Chelyabinsk Region in 2021 ranked first in terms of the volume of shipped food production goods (in monetary terms, it amounted to 157.8 billion rubles) and in terms of exports of agricultural products ($ 190 million). The region supplies 82% of pasta, 63% of produced poultry meat and offal, more than 60% of cereals and confectionery products, 38% of flour to the markets of other regions of Russia and abroad (according to 2020 statistics).
Expanded food production was the result of private investment and a well-adjusted state policy in the agro-industrial complex, which provides subsidies and concessional lending as support measures. At the regional level, directions of support have been adopted that ensure the development of agriculture, allow the implementation of scientific and practical projects in agricultural production. These are benefits for the unified agricultural tax, increased subsidies for the purchase of equipment and for the construction of new facilities in the agro-industrial complex.
Thus, the Chebarkulskaya Ptitsa company will present at the regional exposition the implemented project of creating a selection and seed-growing center for the production of high-quality seeds of zoned crop varieties and a patented innovative technology for the production of the Potassium Humate Bioresource preparation based on humic acids and lowland peat. The drug is used in crop production to increase yields, it is compatible with mineral fertilizers and solves the problem of poultry waste disposal by reducing the fermentation period of manure and reducing the waste hazard class from III to V. During the project, it received regional state support as part of R&D subsidies.
NPO Sad i Ogorod (trademark Gardens of Russia) takes an active part in scientific and practical work, which is a nursery of all-Russian significance: the production of high-quality seedlings and seeds for Russian gardeners through the use of meristem propagation technology. The exhibition "Gardens of Russia" will present a project for the development of a national selection and genetic center for the production of seedlings of stone fruit crops with high winter hardiness, obtained as a result of hybridization of varieties and winter grafting of seedlings with the study of their genetic characteristics.
Scientific projects are presented by SUSU and SUSU.
Cooperation with universities in the scientific and industrial sphere is carried out within the framework of concluded agreements on the development of innovative import-substituting technologies for the agro-industrial complex in the field of domestic production of agricultural and food products. The agreements were concluded at the end of 2021 and at the beginning of 2022.
