In the spring, the flock is driven out to pasture, but in June, when the “thorn” begins to sprout, they are driven back, because the sheep are painfully enduring it. However, new lands have already been acquired where this plant does not exist and soon the livestock will graze there all summer.
At the time of filming, the flock was with a kochkar and they began a breeding period. Nickname Kochkara - Masterpiece, whose ears are 24 centimeters long. The height of the kochkar is more than a meter and the weight before mating was 160 kilograms.
The diet of Arashans consists mainly of a mixture of selected clover, alfalfa and corn. Additionally, sheep are given vitamins.
At the time of filming, the farm had about 100 queens and 3 sires. All livestock is divided into three flocks with sheep.

Experienced livestock breeders often 7-8 month old kochkars are allowed to mate with 3-4 queens, if they give good offspring at this age, then kochkars are left.
The farm does not plan to stop at this livestock, plans to increase the number of sheep of the Arashan breed up to 300 heads of the Elite class.
