The agro-industrial complex of the Krasnoyarsk Territory will receive about 9.2 billion rubles of support in 2023

At a meeting of the Government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, amendments were adopted to the state program of the region "Development of agriculture and regulation of agricultural products, raw materials and food markets." Financing of the program in 2023 will amount to about 9.2 billion rubles.
According to the Deputy Chairman of the Krai Government - Minister of Agriculture and Trade Leonid Shorokhov, the changes in the program are related to the entry into force of a new regional law on supporting the agro-industrial complex from January 1, 2023. The program was adjusted taking into account the goals of state support stated in the law. Among the objectives of the program are ensuring food security, increasing investment in the agro-industrial complex, and developing rural areas. The document consists of seven subprograms.
Five of them are implemented with co-financing from the federal budget. In particular, directions for the development of branches of the agro-industrial complex, small forms of management and agricultural cooperation, reclamation of agricultural land, as well as stimulation of investment activities and the integrated development of rural areas.
Two more subprograms - "Support for horticulture and horticulture" and "Ensuring the implementation of the state program and other activities" - will operate at the expense of the regional budget.
The state program also provides 388 million rubles for the implementation of two regional projects within the framework of the national projects "Small and Medium Enterprises" and "International Cooperation and Export".
“As a result, the indices of agricultural production and food products will have positive values. By 2025, the provision of agricultural enterprises with personnel will be 91.5%, the profitability of agricultural organizations, taking into account subsidies, will be more than 18%,” summed up Leonid Shorokhov.
